How to disable Charms bar hint in Windows 8/8.1

Hello Friends are frustrated bye charm bar of windows 8/8.1 whenever you want to close or minimize the window. The operating system by Microsoft has a built in navigation bar called charms which provides quick access to settings, devices, search and sharing functions. But this bar can be a pain sometimes when using a non-touch device. I accidentally keep moving my mouse pointer towards the corners sometimes and then I have to shake it off to get rid of the bar. So if you feel that you have no use of this feature and is annoying as well, you can do this registry hack that allows you to modify the charms bar and disable it. After this, your bar will not come up when you take your mouse pointer to the corner of the screen but instead appears only when you take it to the corner and move the cursor up or down the edge of the screen. This isn't completely disabling the bar since it is a useful addition but just modifying the situations in which it would appear.
